Support Built Around You

Every person we serve has unique strengths, goals, and needs. Our programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are — and walk with you toward where you want to go.

Therapy

Our therapy services are grounded in respect, patience, and a deep belief in every person's capacity to grow. We work with adults with physical and developmental disabilities — including autism — to support emotional wellbeing, communication, and quality of life.

  • Individual therapy

One-on-one sessions tailored to your personal goals, challenges, and communication style.

  • Behavioral support

Evidence-based strategies to understand behavior, reduce distress, and build positive patterns.

  • Communication therapy

Support for verbal and non-verbal communication, including AAC (augmentative and alternative communication).

  • Trauma-informed care

A safe, supportive environment for adults who have experienced trauma, with clinicians trained in disability-affirming approaches.

Building confidence for everyday living.

Life Skills

Independence looks different for everyone. Our life skills programs focus on the practical, everyday abilities that help you live more fully — on your own terms, at your own pace.

  • Daily living

Cooking, cleaning, personal care, and home management — building routines that work for you.

  • Money & budgeting

Understanding finances, managing a budget, and making confident purchasing decisions.

  • Health & wellness

Navigating healthcare appointments, medications, nutrition, and physical activity.

  • Technology & communication

Using phones, computers, and apps to stay connected, access services, and communicate effectively.

  • Employment readiness

Job searching, interview skills, workplace communication, and understanding your rights as an employee.
